Founded Capital Real Estate Consultants in 2006. He has been involved with single-family, multi-family and commercial real estate for nearly 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (1998) and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina (2000). He worked for the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa managing on campus housing and Harris Brown Management as a Regional Manager where he managed RD 515, HUD and tax credit properties. Since 2006 he has worked in over 15 states and produced thousands of Capital Needs and Physical Needs Assessments for lenders, developers, owners, managers and government agencies.

Gerald has over 35 years experience in the construction industry on both residential and commercial projects. Gerald studied Civil Engineering at the Citadel and is a Licensed Unlimited General Contractor in the state of South Carolina.

Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Maria handles the back office accounting and assists in the collection of data for the CRCU reports as well as the Capital Needs Assessments.
